My name is Chantal and I am the Reservations Coordinator at The James Hotel Rotterdam. As Reservations Coordinator, my team and I are responsible for everything related to bookings. From individual reservations to group bookings and special requests, we are happy to help and ensure everything is well arranged in advance.
We offer various options for weddings and events. Think of a number of rooms for the bride and groom, family, and friends, or a larger room block for event guests. We are happy to tailor the options to your wishes and the schedule of your day.
What we find important is that the reservation process runs as smoothly as possible for both you and your guests. That is why we maintain short lines of communication and act quickly when there are changes or additional requests. From the Reservations department, we ensure that the agreements made are clearly recorded and properly communicated to the various departments within the hotel.
