Are you up for a new challenge and ready to join us as a Front Office & Reservations Employee? This is your chance to play an indispensable role in our enthusiastic and close-knit team!
What are you going to do?
You are the first point of contact for questions, by phone, email or “live” in the reception & reservations department at Lommerrijk & Dok99. You inform, advise, prepare offers, arrange tours and process bookings in the Smart Event Manager and Nostium reservation system. And then... then the lovely newlyweds come in or the guests for a conference. You drop everything and you welcome them in your enthusiastic way. Because YOU make the difference.
YOU...
· have completed at least an MBO course (hospitality /facility)
· have at least 2 years of relevant work experience (hospitality related)
· you are an outgoing person with guts, who is independent, driven and proactive
· works accurately and can switch quickly between different activities
· is good with computer programs and quickly learns new systems
· are flexible and willing to work on weekends
· you are a commercial talent!
