Are you ready for a new challenge and looking to join us as a sous chef?
What will you be doing?
As a sous chef you will work in a team of three colleagues, while also collaborating with other departments—such as sales and service—as part of our 60-person team. You will become a key player in a well-oiled machine, ensuring that all our events run flawlessly. Whether it’s enchanting weddings or corporate events featuring barbecues, walking dinners, or formal dinners for 175 guests, you help ensure surprising flavors and beautiful presentations. Together, we go the extra mile to delight our guests. Alongside the head chef, you will manage purchasing, oversee scheduling, and motivate the team! You will also contribute ideas for new menus, packages, and presentations.
What do you bring to the table?
Do you have at least 3 years of kitchen experience, preferably in the banquet or events industry? Do you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for cooking, and a good sense of humor? Can you switch gears quickly and take the lead when necessary? Then you are exactly who we are looking for to strengthen our team!
