Before the ceremony, I take plenty of time to truly get to know you. Not just your story, but also the people who are important to you. I love diving into the details, searching for those fun stories and small moments you might have forgotten yourselves, and making sure it all comes together in a personal narrative. As your wedding officiant or ceremony speaker, I ensure a ceremony where you recognize yourselves, your guests see the real you, and there is room for both emotion and plenty of humor. I tell your story with enthusiasm, warmth, and humor, making sure you feel completely at ease. And in Rotterdam, I can be sworn in and appointed for a day to legally solemnize your marriage!
Would you like to have someone by your side during the wedding preparations while you stay in the lead? Then I would love to be your wedding planner. With an itinerary, structure, and my dedicated approach, I support you during the preparations and on your wedding day, keeping an eye on the big picture behind the scenes, acting quickly when needed, and staying focused on your wishes. I am the point of contact for your guests, the venue, and your vendors. You won’t have to worry about what still needs to be done or who needs to be where. You get to simply enjoy the day.
What matters to me? That from our first contact, you feel: this is the right fit. Your wishes and ideas are central, but I’m happy to offer tips when appropriate. That you feel heard, understood, and relaxed. And that afterwards, you look back on a beautiful wedding and feel that you were truly able to enjoy it!
I’m Ingrid, I live in Pijnacker, and together with my husband Wouter, I’m the proud parent of Wess and Maud. We’ve taken some wonderful trips together, and although our life is a bit more conventional now (including a folding camper), I love our family life, going on dates, and having tea with friends.
I would love to celebrate love with you! I work as an independent wedding officiant, ceremony speaker, and wedding planner—and I can combine these roles too!

Nice to wed you
A fun fact: I got married myself in 2020, eventually in my parents' backyard. We organized everything ourselves, and it was a beautiful day with an intimate group of loved ones. Every year, we put our wedding dress and suit back on to reflect on our wedding, feel a bit like we did back then, and take beautiful photos together with our children! It’s a joy every year, especially if the dress still (just) fits 😉.
